The legendary post punk DJ night in DC hosted a live set between Chester Hawkins and Jake Reid who have been playing shows together in their various groups for years.

The set was performed the night of one of the worse Nor'easter's we've had in the DC area in a long time. The wind was intense all day doing lots of damage, even driving over to the club was a bit hectic. It made for a rather interesting mood for this set, something Chester and I both commented on. We also didn't practice for this show, we discussed a scale and key and then he prepared his stuff and I prepared mine. Freeform collaboration with electronics is fun, I'm happy to share this live recording with you.
